Ms. Amita Gaur ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged dacoity and as the petitioner had been identified in the course of test identification parade, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
