And In Re : Akash Ghosh .... petitioner Mr. Arindam Sen ....for the petitioner Md. Anwar Hossain Ms. Sreyashee Biswas ...... for the State Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

Accordingly, application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of narcotic substance which is above commercial quantity i.e. 10.4 liters of codeine mixture and in view of

statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same at the earliest without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
