Advocate ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the extent of complicity of the petitioners in the alleged crime and as co-accused persons have been granted pre-arrest bail, we are inclined to extend the same privilege to the petitioners also. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the accused/petitioners, namely (1) Oli Sk. @ Ole Mohammad Sekh, (2) Afjal Biswas @ Abjal Biswas, (3) Bapi Sk. @ Md. Bapiul Rahaman & (4) Jahangir Biswas, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
