The petitioner says that only one witness is left to be examined on behalf of the prosecution.

The trial court is directed to ensure that the last witness on behalf of the prosecution is examined within three months of normal functioning of court resuming after the lockdown is lifted. The prayer for bail cannot be acceded to at this stage in view of the commercial quantity recovered.

CRM 8889 of 2020 is disposed of.
