Mr. S. Bhattacharyya.
...for the Petitioners.
Mr. Imran Ali, Mr. M. F. A. Begg.
.....for the State.
Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in assaulting the victim and snatching money from him and as the victim has been hospitalized due to serious injury, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
