And In Re : Tumpa Paik ..... petitioner Mr. Biswaranjan Bhakat ... for the petitioner Mr. Rana Mukherjee Mr. Kaushik Majumdaar ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged conspiracy of murdering her husband with the help of the co-accused Shibu Barik and as trial is in progress, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
