Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the facts and circumstances of the case particularly the fact that the victim suffered extensive burn injuries, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
