The petitioner says that the petitioner is in custody for nearly 154 days, but the chemical analysis report has not been obtained of the mixture found in the petitioner's possession at the time of his arrest.

The State acknowledges that the report has not been obtained yet. However, the State says that the commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the person of the petitioner.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner is declined at the moment, but the State is directed to ensure that the CFSL report is obtained within the next six weeks. If the report is not obtained within such extended time, the petitioner will be entitled to seek bail.

CRM 8932 of 2020 is disposed of.
