The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that a co-ordinate Bench on 5th November, 2020 has rejected the application for bail.

In view of the fact that there has been no change in the facts and circumstances of this case since 27th January, 2020 and taking into consideration the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is not willing to press this application.

The application for bail is thus dismissed as "withdrawn". All parties are to act on a website copy of this order on the usual undertaking.
