Khan Mr. Mirza Firoj Ahmed Begg ... for the State In view of long incarceration of the petitioner, we direct the trial court to dispose of the matter on or before 31st January, 2021 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties. We have been informed that the matter has been fixed on 23rd November, 2020. The trial court shall reschedule the date of hearing and must dispose of the matter on or before 31st January 2021. This order shall be immediately communicated to the learned trial judge by either of the parties.
