Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in assaulting a number of victims some of whom were hospitalised with serious injuries, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
