27.11.2020 sdas Rejected C.R.M. 8967 of 2020 (via video conferencing) In Re:- An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Metiabruz Police Station Case No. 07 of 2018 dated 18.01.2018 under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c )/29 of the NDPS Act and Section 25(1B)(a) of the Arms Act.

And In Re : Md. Jane Alam @ Khan ...... petitioner Mr. Sukhe Bar .....for the petitioner Ms. Faria Hossain Ms. Baishali Basu ....for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of Charas which is above commercial quantity and firearms and as trial is in progress and prayer for bail was rejected in September, 2020, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner.
