Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with the Harishchandrapur Police Station Case No. 395 of 2020 dated 23.06.2020 under Sections 143/144/186/332/333 /353/307/34 of the IPC and have sought for anticipatory bail, inter alia, on the ground stated in the application. We have perused the Case Diary and have heard the learned advocate for both the parties. Bearing in mind the nature of the offences alleged, particularly the FIR and so also the injury reports, which appears to be grievous in nature in

attempting to commit murder, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM No. 8998 of 2020 is disposed of.
