The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bhadreswar Police Station Case No.332 of 2019 dated 13.09.2019 under Sections 399/402 of the IPC and he has been arrayed in this case on the basis of a statement of a coaccused. The matter is of 2019 but as of now as per the submission of the learned counsel for the State, charge sheet has not been submitted.

In the context above, we are inclined to admit the anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly we direct that in the event of arrest of the petitioner, the petitioner will be enlarged on bail upon

furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

CRM No. 9003 of 2020 is disposed of.
