Petitioners Mr. Ali Ahsan Alamgir ...for petitioners Ms. Sujata Das ..for State Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Mr. Ali Ahsan Alamgir, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and moves this application for bail in connection with Domkal Police Station Case no.403 of 2018 dated 22.06.2018 under sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

He submits that his clients are the husband and brother-inlaw, who have been accused of murder of wife of petitioner no.1. On 17th February, 2020 the application of petitioner no.2 for bail stood rejected. The husband/petitioner no.1 has applied for the first time.

A coordinate Bench considered the materials on record to disclose prima facie involvement of the brother-in-law in the murder. Petitioner no.1, the husband, has now applied upon having had been arrested on 7th June, 2018. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioners. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

C.R.M.9006 is disposed of.
