Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and upon considering the materials on record, the condition of bail, as incorporated in the order dated 10th November, 2020 passed in CRM 9007 of 2020 to the effect that the 'petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge of Bhagwangola Police Station every alternate date until further orders,' is modified to the extent that the 'petitioner shall meet with the Officer-inCharge, Bhagwangola Police Station once a month until further orders'. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. The application, being CRAN 1 of 2021, is disposed of.
