Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in assaulting the victim resulting in serious head injury and hospitalisation, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
