The petitioner is apprehending arrest of offences alleged under Sections 341/326/307/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and read with Sections 25/27 of Arms Act.

Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, particularly having considered the case diary and the materials therein and the injury report of the victim, we are not inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM 9017 of 2020 is disposed of.
