Learned advocate for the State submits that the examination of prosecution witnesses are almost over and only the examination of the Investigating Officer is left. Having considered the stage of the case, we are of the opinion that it would not be appropriate stage for granting bail to the present petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, considering the period of detention, learned trial court is directed to complete the process of trial and delivery of judgement within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

C.R.M.9034 of 2020 is disposed of.
