The petition is taken up through videoconference on the basis of such undertaking.

Learned advocate appearing for petitioner submits that his client is father-in-law of victim husband i.e., he is father of the wife. According to him post mortem report did not reveal poison was consumed. There is no case against his client and he should be granted bail. Learned advocate appearing for State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that victim was shifted to hospital and later section 302 was added. Present petitioner is the first person arrested. The investigation is in its preliminary stage.

Considering the submissions advanced by appearing learned advocates, we are not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, CRM 9035 of 2020 is rejected at this stage, pending further investigation.

CRM No. 9035 of 2020 stands disposed of.
