Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client's possession to his house has been restored.

However, in so far as the allegations of claim for a bribe of the concerned Police Station is concerned, reserving his right to file a fresh application on the selfsame cause of action.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
