Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials on record. The condition, as incorporated in the order dated 10th November, 2020 passed in CRM No. 9052 of 2020, to the effect that the 'petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge of Khanakul Police Station every alternate date until further orders', is modified to the effect that he 'shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge of Khanakul Police Station once a month until further orders'. Other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered. The application, being CRAN 1 of 2021, is, accordingly disposed of.
