Petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed upon him.

Under such circumstances, condition imposed on the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Murutia Police Station while on bail until further orders except for attending the court proceeding and to provide the address where he shall reside while on bail to the investigating officer as well as court below is waived.

The petitioner shall meet the officer-in-charge of the Murutia police station once in a month until further orders. Other conditions of anticipatory bail shall continue.
