Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for last 235 days in connection with the case of offence under Section 302/34 of the IPC. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. On the contrary, the learned advocate for the State adverts our attention to the various pages of the Case Diary including the Post Mortem Report. The final opinion has not yet been made and is reserved awaiting FSL report and pathology report in the matter.

However, considering the injury as reflected in the Post Mortem Report, we are not convinced to allow the prayer for bail of the present petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM No. 9073 of 2020 is disposed of.
