Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for last 655 days and she has a minor son. Learned advocate for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as she all of sudden has found that her husband was lying on ground with his throat cut injury.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State draws the attention of the Court to the relevant papers in the Case Diary and opposes the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State further draws the attention of the Court to the previous orders passed in CRM No. 2492 of 2020 and CRM No. 4943 of 2020.

We have perused the materials on record including the Case Diary and on perusal of the Case Diary and stage of the case we found that only examination of PW-1 is completed and other witnesses are yet to be examined, we are of the opinion that the present case does not inspire the Court to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail rejected. CRM No. 9080 of 2020 is disposed of.
