Petitioner is in custody for the last 86 days. No charge sheet has been submitted as yet as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and further submits that the case is that of the suicide but it has been shown as the case of homicidal death under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the State.

Having considered the case diary and other materials on record and in our view that the death is anti-mortem and homicidal due to strangulation, the prayer for bail is considered and rejected.

CRM No. 9082 of 2020 is disposed of.
