It is submitted that the contract awarded on the basis of which this writ petition has been filed, has elapsed by expiry of six months.

Hence, the instant writ application shall stand dismissed as not pressed.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

Instruction of the petitioners to his counsel be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
