It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the stage of the sessions trial is on the verge of conclusion. Several dates have been fixed for examination of the accused under Section 313 of Cr. P. C. Bearing in mind and upon hearing the learned advocates for both the parties and in consideration of the nature of the offence and the stage of the trial, the prayer for bail is refused at this stage. However, we direct the trial Court to conclude the examination of the accused under Section 313 of Cr. P. C on the date fixed and to conclude the trial by delivering the judgment within one month thereafter.

CRM 9086 of 2020 is disposed of.
