Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner are in custody for a considerable period of time and in spite of evidence being over and dates being fixed for argument, the prosecution is unnecessarily delaying as there is political vendata. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for bail and draws the attention of this Court to the previous order passed in CRM 5749 of 2020. As both the parties concede that the next date is fixed on 25.11.2020 for argument, we are of the opinion that at this stage we do not think proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners are rejected. However, Mr. Mondal, learned advocate for the petitioners undertakes that on 25.11.2020 the dated fixed for argument, all efforts should be taken by them for concluding their arguments. Accordingly, learned Special Court is directed to conclude the argument for the defence of the accused by 02.12.2020. The prosecution is directed to complete argument by 09.12.2020 and the

learned Court below would pronounce the final outcome of the case between 21.12.2020 to 24.12.2020.

With the aforesaid observation, CRM 9093 of 2020 is disposed of.

We direct the learned Registrar General to communicate this order to the learned Court below.
