The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Since the petitioner was apprehended with commercial quantity of contraband of methamphetamine tablets and the petitioner's prayer was rejected as recently as in September, 2020, the petitioner does not qualify to obtain bail as there is no change in the circumstances.

CRM 9106 of 2020 is dismissed.
