27.11.2020 sdas Rejected C.R.M. 9119 of 2020 (via video conferencing) In Re:- An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Chanchal Police Station Case No. 890 of 2019 dated 21.10.2019 under Sections 489B/489C of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Kabul Ali ...... petitioner Mr. Imadul Hoque .....for the petitioner Ms. Sayanti Santra ....for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in dealing in fake Indian currency notes and as prayer for bail was rejected in August, 2020, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage.
