Case No.169 of 2020 dated 23.08.2020 under sections 325/326/307/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4/5 of E.S.Act.

And In the matter of: Murshid Sk Mr. Shabana Hasin ... ... for the petitioner Mr. S.G. Mukherjee, PP ... ... for the State Co-accused persons have been granted pre-arrest bail. Keeping in mind the extent of complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as co-accuseds have been granted prearrest bail, we are inclined to extend the same privilege to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and on further condition that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed.
