The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

In view of the previous rejection of the petitioner's prayer in the month of September and the CFSL report now being available, the prayer for bail is rejected.

The State says that there is sufficient material to connect the petitioner to the person who was apprehended with commercial quantity of Yaba Tablets.

On the basis of the material produced, it appears that the petitioner was in regular contact with the person apprehended with the contraband and it is more than likely that the petitioner was to be the recipient of such articles.

CRM 9151 of 2020 is dismissed.
