1. The petitioner prays for relaxation of conditions of bail that was granted to him on December 01, 2020. Two of the conditions of bail were that he shall remain within the jurisdiction of Baduria Police Station and shall meet the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a week until further orders. He prays for relaxation of these two conditions. He says that he runs a nursery and for that purpose, he needs to go outside Baduria Police Station. He says that he has been strictly adhering to the bail conditions.

2. The State files a report from which we find nothing adverse about this petitioner. He has been complying with the bail conditions since 2020.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to allow this application. He may go out of jurisdiction of Baduria Police Station but shall always remain within the geographical limits of the State of West Bengal. He may report to the Officer-inCharge of the concerned police station once in a month Signed By :

instead of once in a week. The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered.

4. The application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

6. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
