Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in dealing with illegal narcotic substances, we are surprised why offences under the N.D.P.S. Act have not been added to the instant case. Be that as it may, in view of the prima facie allegations, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, 24-Paraganas, North for taking appropriate steps in the matter of investigation.
