Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in causing gunshot injury on the victim and as ocular statement is supported by medical papers, we are of the opinion that he does not deserve for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
