Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier and he appears to be the principal accused and does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who have been granted pre-arrest bail, we are not inclined to review the earlier order of rejecting bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, petitioner is at liberty to appear before the court below and pray for bail within two weeks from date and the said Court shall consider the prayer for bail independently and in accordance with law.
