Advocate ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner as one of the members of the conspiracy who had induced innocent job seekers to part with money on the false promise of providing employment and as the allegations are substantiated by seizure of contemporaneous forged documents, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
