Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the nature of injuries as appearing from the medical papers, we are of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the accused/petitioner is not necessary and he may be granted anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the accused/petitioner, namely Akhil Mistri, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. All concerned authorities shall act in terms of the copy downloaded from the official website of this court. (Suvra Ghosh, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
