Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that morphed pictures of the victim lady were uploaded.

We have considered the materials on record. Case revolves around verification of electronic evidence which is within the custody of the investigating agency.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however subject to strict condition.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ad on further condition that while on bail petitioner shall meet the

investigating officer once in a week until further orders and shall not commit similar offence in future.
