Ali ...... for the petitioners Mr. T K Ghosh Mr. A Sen ...... for the State Having considered materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in torturing the housewife who suffered unnatural death within one and half years of marriage, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
