Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he impersonated a member of the legal profession and prepared a forged document.

In view of the aforesaid fact and as prayer for bail of the co-accused has been turned down by this Court, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
