The writ petitioner is not represented.

Counsel for the State submits that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent is purely civil and private in nature.

It is submitted that upon receipt of a complaint of the private respondent and inquiries duly made that the issue is primarily civil and private in nature. The matter was diarised under part 4 Register.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
