On perusal of the record, I find that due is from November, 2013 to July, 2018. This Court by an order dated 31st July, 2019 granted some relief to the petitioner directing him to pay one lump sum amount as first installment and then the rest of the amount in some equal monthly installment which the petitioner has failed and neglected. Thus, it is a second application for extension of time to pay the same amount. This Court is not impressed with the reason shown by the petitioner for failure in complying with the last order passed by this Court on 31st July, 2019 in W.P. 13203 (W) of 2019.

The petitioner is directed to clear the whole due amount within a period of two weeks from date. The writ application is dismissed.
