This is an application for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No. 537 of 2016 pending before the learned Fast Track First Court at Howrah. It is the contention of the petitioner that the suit has been fixed for peremptory hearing in 2018. It is further submitted that now the functioning of the Courts have been regularized and learned Court below may be directed to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 537 of 2016 and also all the interlocutory applications. Under such circumstances, without going into the claims and counterclaims, the instant revisional application is disposed of, requesting the Court below to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 537 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the instant revisional application along with the server copy of this order upon the opposite party intimating him about the same within a week from date.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
