Upon hearing the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, the order dated 20.11.2020 by which the application for anticipatory bail being CRM 9285 of 2020 was dismissed for default, is recalled and the application for anticipatory bail is restored to its original file and number. The applications being CRAN 1 of 2021 and CRAN 2 of 2021 are, accordingly, disposed of.

On behalf of the petitioners it is submitted that they do not want to proceed with the application for anticipatory bail any further. In view thereof, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM 9285 of 2020 is dismissed, as not pressed.
