Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he had undertaken socio charitable activities and has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioner under the garb of such altruistic activity had duped innocent job seekers on false promise of procuring employment. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of witnesses who categorically state that the petitioner had received monies on the false promise of procuring employment.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the

petitioner is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
