The State says that commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the person of the petitioner. Further, trial of six other NDPS cases are going on against the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid as also in view of the statutory bar, the petitioner's prayer for bail cannot be granted. CRM 9307 of 2020 is accordingly dismissed.
