The petitioner claims that the petitioner was in a vehicle and completely unaware that it was carrying contraband. Since the charge is that commercial quantity of drugs was recovered from the vehicle and the joint possession of the petitioner and others, the petitioner does not qualify to obtain bail.

CRM 9324 of 2020 is dismissed.
