Statements of the victim disclose prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged penetrative sexual assault upon her. In view of the gravity of the offence and as prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier and there is no substantial change in circumstance since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
